BBQ Potatoes and Smoked Sausage






What You'll Need



  • 2 T. bacon grease
  • 1 large potato, cut into 1" cubes (I left the peeling on mine)
  • 7 oz. smoked sausage, sliced thin
  • 1/3 C. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 C. BBQ sauce

How to Make It

  1. Heat the bacon grease in a skillet over med. high heat. Add in the potatoes and cook, stirring often, for 12-15 minutes. Reduce the heat if they begin to brown to fast. After the potatoes are tender add in the sausage and onions, cooking till the sausage begins to brown around the edges. Drain off any excess grease and add the worcestershire sauce and seasonings, stir well then add in the BBQ sauce, stirring to coat the potatoes and sausage. Cook for 1-2 minutes to warm the sauce.
