Mamas Crock Pot Beef Roast
Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 lb. beef roast
3 potatoes, sliced and quartered
3 large carrots, peeled and cut into 2" slices
1/4 C. diced onion
2 T. dry ranch dressing mix
1 T. au jus gravy mix
1/2 stick butter
Directions
Place the potatoes and carrots in the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot. Put the roast on top of the veggies and then sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix over the top. Sprinkle the diced onions over the roast and then put the 1/2 stick of butter on top. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
